How to get more focus on what you are doing?
Normally when we doing something
we are surrounding with multiple screens especially our smartphones, we are continuously
checking something or unless want to check notifications. Do you think that this behaviour can we focus on what we are doing? In this digital world, we are messed
with screens, we not giving chance to our brain to think. Even little-little things
not able to remember, why because our focus was not there and sometimes in some
places we are available physically but not mentally. We always thinking about
our past, future and thanks little about our present. Do you observed if we stuck
with something and brains need to find some idea to get rid from the situation,
in that situation, some idea strikes while bathing, while walking or even more
in the restroom, why like that because in that case, we have given chance to the brain to
think independently instead of checking useless notifications on phones or checking
someone’s status on WhatsApp.
Try to avoid screens if not needed, be available mentally and
physically both. Just thing only what are doing not about past, future and not
any other ongoing things. It will really work.
